Terms & Conditions

  • From January - March: 100% Gray Whale Watching or we do not charge for transportation, accommodation, tours, or meals.

  • From November 15 - December: 100%  Humpback Whale Watching or we do not charge for transportation, accommodation, tours, or meals. 

  • Send us a ‘Courtesy Trip Reminder’ 1 week before your scheduled tour or trip arrival time.

  • If you need to RESCHEDULE, email us 30 days before your scheduled trip or tour date.

  • If you need to CANCEL, please give us 90 days notice before your scheduled trip or tour date. Then, we will  refund your entire deposit.

  • If you cancel your reservation within 60 days, a 10% Admin Fee will be applied from the grand total.

  • If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, you will not receive a refund, but you can transfer the trip to another time or year at no charge.

  • If you have a medical problem, you and your private doctor should decide what is necessary for safe participation in this trip.

  • We will do our best to adhere to the listed itineraries and trip descriptions. However, tour itineraries may change slightly due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, wind, waves, inclement weather, wildlife behavers or other factors.

  • Lost Whale Watching & Snorkel Ocean Safari time because of boat issues will be prorated.

  • We cannot control the quantity of wildlife that Mother Nature allows us to experience. We cannot control wildlife behaviors.

  • A secure advance deposit must be paid within 24 hours of your reservation.

  • Credit Card:  The entire balance must be paid upon arrival, or you can pay in advance.

  • Bank Wire Transfer: The balance must be paid 45 days before your arrival date.

  • Hotel Isabela: Check in: 2:30 pm |  Check out: 11:00 am from Room (welcome to stay on hotel property)

  • Island Comfort Camp: Check in: 3:00 pm  | Check out: 10:00 am from Tent (welcome to stay on camp property)

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK : 

Host & travelers must understand and agree that there is an inherent risk in any travel or outdoor activity. Visiting Magdalena Bay often requires a combination of commercial travel by sea or land, motorized watercraft, passenger vehicles, and all-terrain vehicles, as well as hiking over uneven terrain or through the ocean. The client understands that such hazards cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this trip and accepts all the risks associated with the normal and reasonable execution of transportation and activities arranged.

 

Payment of our invoice acknowledges that the registrant has read and accepts our policies regarding payments, cancellations, refunds, and assumption of risk.
