100% whale watching, or we do not charge for transportation, accommodation, tours, or meals (during whale season)

Kindly send us a 'Courtesy Tour Reminder' 1 week before your adventure.

Send us an email if you need to RESCHEDULE your Whale Watching or Marlin Ocean Safari at least 60 days prior to your tour schedule.

If you need to CANCEL, please give us a minimum 60-day notice before your schedule. We will be happy to refund your total deposit amount.

If you have a medical problem, your private doctor and you should decide what is necessary for your safe participation on this trip.

We will do our best to adhere to our website's itineraries and trip descriptions. However, tour itineraries may change slightly due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, wind, waves, inclement weather, or others.

Hotel Isabela: Check in: 2:30 pm |  Check out: 11:00 am from Room (welcome to stay on hotel property)

Island Comfort Camp: Check in: 3:00 pm  | Check out: 10:00 am from Tent (welcome to stay on camp property)
